Acrodermatitis enteropathica



Acrodermatitis enteropathica is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by periorificial (around the natural orifices) and acral (in the limbs) dermatitis, alopecia (loss of hair), and diarrhea. Similar features may be present in acquired zinc deficiency.
