Agave syrup



Agave syrup (also called agave nectar) is a sweetener produced in Mexico made from Agave americana plant (also called Century Plant), and marketed as a healthful natural sugar substitute. It is also commonly substituted 1:1 in recipes calling for honey or corn syrup.
