Abu Yusuf Ya'qub
Abu Yusuf Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim al-Ansari al-Kufi (731–798) was a famous Muslim jurist and one of the founders of the Hanafi school of Islamic jurisprudence. He served as a chief religious judge (qadi) under the Abbasid caliph Harun al-Rashid.
