A gwan pa cheon



In Korean history, A Gwan Pa Cheon (아관파천 (俄館播遷)) was an event lasting from February 11, 1896 to February 20 1897, where the influence of the Pro-Japanese caused the Choson Kingdoms's King Kojong and his crown prince to temporarily flee Korea to Russia.
