All Friday All Friday is a Norwegian punk rock band formed in late 2003. Its members include Jay-Rock (born Johan Larsson), guitar and lead vocals, Knockster (born Knut Oscar Nymo), bass guitar and backing vocals, El-Thoro (born Thor Ole Øby), guitar and backing vocals, and Golden (born Mads Almankås Golden), drums (Turntablist DJ Dan recently left the band for undisclosed reasons).
