"A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine" was a popular Broadway musical that debuted in 1980. It consisted of two parts: "A Day in Hollywood," an affectionate spoof of Busby Berkeley musicals of the 1930s, and "A Night in the Ukraine," a re-imaging of an Anton Chekhov play as a Marx Brothers comedy.
