Abadan, Turkmenistan
Abadan is a town located near Aşgabat in the Ahal Province of Turkmenistan. It was named Büzmeýin (Russian: Бюзмейн) until October 2002 when its name was changed by Turkmenistan's president Saparmurat Niyazov.
