Abraham Gottlob Werner



Abraham Gottlob Werner (September 25, 1749 or 1750Sources don't agree. – June 30, 1817), was a German geologist who set out a controversial theory about the stratification of the Earth's formation and coined the now obsolete word Neptunism.
