Adaptive equalizer



An adaptive equalizer is an adaptive filter that adjusts to meet varying communication channel conditions to automatically adjust for echoes and varying carrier-signal strengths. In digital communication systems, a Decision-feedback equalizer is often used to eliminate intersymbol interference.
