Afonso Alves Martins Jr, Afonso [ɐ'fõsu 'ɑuvɨʃ] (born January 30, 1981) is a Brazilian footballer currently playing for Dutch side SC Heerenveen. Afonso started his career with Brazilian side Atlético Mineiro.
