Adrienne Cahalan
Adrienne Cahalan is the only woman competing in the Volvo Ocean Race 2005-2006, Adrienne is a qualified lawyer and has a master’s degree in Applied Meteorology. After learning to sail as a teenager Adrienne has acquired four World Yachtswoman of the Year nominations, experience in three previous Whitbread/Volvo Ocean Race campaigns, circumnavigated the globe on several projects, and was part of the Cheyenne crew which broke the Round the World World Speed Record in 2004.
