Adithada
Adithada (Malayalam :അടി തട , Tamil:அடிதட) (Adi means hitting and thada means block) is an ancient martial art originating from erstwhile Travancore regions in the south India comprising of southern kerala and kanyakumari district which was later ceded to Tamil Nadu. It is similar to Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Karate.
