Bathurst Street Hunt Club
The Bathurst Street Hunt Club was founded in a moment of comedy by Ernest Hemingway in 1920. The story goes that, having arrived on horseback at the door of his lady friend on Bathurst Street, Toronto, he took her riding up and down the street proclaiming the foundation of the Bathurst Street Hunt Club.
