Bacolod City
Bacolod City (the City of Smiles), is the capital and largest highly urbanized city of the province of Negros Occidental, Philippines, well known for its MassKara Festival held during the month of October. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 429,076 people in 87,441 households.
