Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosnian and Croatian: Košarkaški savez Bosne i Hercegovine, Serbian: Кошаркашки савез Босне и Херцеговине) is the highest basketball governing body in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It organizes the Bosnian Basketball Championship and the Bosnian Cup.
