Banana, Cape Verde
Banana (also in Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEK) is a village situated at the heart of Santiago Island in Cape Verde. The village is linked with the road linking Praia and Assomada which is approximately 50 km away from the capital.
