SA Banksys NV is a Belgian company created in 1989 and specializes in electronic payment. This 20 July 2006, Banksys and Bank Card Company have been bought by Atos Origin from 4 of their principal shareholders in Belgian banking sector Dexia, Fortis, ING, KBC.
