Banklick Creek Banklick Creek is a shallow, highly meandering waterway that flows eastward through Kenton County, Kentucky over a distance of some eleven miles, beginning near Independence, Kentucky, and emptying into the northward-running Licking River, at Latonia, Kentucky. Banknotes of the Austro-Hungarian krone Austro-Hungarian krone paper money appeared in the beginning of the XXth century - almost ten years after the coins were introduced. All banknotes were bilingual (German and Hungarian), and the value was indicated in eight other languages.
Banknotes of the Republic of Ireland The state now called the Republic of Ireland decided in the mid-1920s to design its own coins and banknotes, at this stage it was decided that the Irish currency would be pegged to the Pound Sterling. The Currency Act, 1927 was passed as a basis for the creation of banknotes and the creation of the "Saorstát pound" (later the "Irish pound") as the "standard unit of value" and the legal tender notes issued under this act commenced circulation on September 10 1928.

The legislation includes the duties and powers of the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, a federal agency responsible for ensuring that bankruptcies are administered in a fair and orderly manner.
Bankruptcy discharge A discharge in United States bankruptcy law, when referring to a debtor's discharge, is a statutory injunction against the institution or continuation of all actions to enforce or collect on discharged debts (the discharge injunction). The discharge is one of the primary benefits afforded by relief under the Bankruptcy code.
Bankruptcy in the United States The United States Constitution (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4), authorizes Congress to enact "uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States." Congress has exercised this authority several times since 1801, most recently by adopting the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, codified in Title 11 of the United States Code, commonly referred to as the Bankruptcy Code.

Bankruptcy remote A company within a corporate group is said to be bankruptcy remote when the solvency of that company does not affect any other company in the group, particularly any holding company or subsidiary company of the bankruptcy remote vehicle. If the company goes into bankruptcy, no other company in the same group would be affected.
