Battle of Beth-zechariah
The Battle of Beth-zechariah was fought between Jewish and Greek forces during the Maccabean revolt against the Seleucid Empire.In 164 BC, Judas Maccabeus crushed the numerically superior Greeks under Lysias at the Battle of Beth-zur and restored the temple in Jerusalem.
