BAM (magazine) BAM (Bay Area Music), was a free music magazine produced in the San Francisco Bay Area starting in the mid 1970s and continuing on for 23 years until 1999. Its founder and publisher was Dennis William Mustafa Caroganis ("Denny") Erokan.
