Baldred of Kent

Baldred was the king of the Kentishmen, until 825, when he was expelled by Æðelwulf, son of Ecgberht of Wessex, according to the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle, "because formerly they had been wrongly forced away from their allegiance to his kinsmen".
