Decapacitation factors, spermatozoa



Decapicitization factor (DF) is composed of factors in seminal plasma which modulates the fertilizing ability of spermatozoa. The activity is achieved by interaction between cholesterol, phospholipids and fibronectin-like substances and delivered via sall vesicles in seminal plasma.
