Dave Wills
Dave Wills is an American radio sportscaster and currently serves as the play-by-play announcer for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, which is a position he has held since 2005 along with fellow broadcaster Andy Freed. Freed is currently signed through the 2008 season.
