David Litterbin
David Litterbin, a lanky cat with a large gap in his front teeth, is the host of The David Litterbin Show and Megakat City's undisputed "King of Late Night" in the animated television series SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. He appears in the episode Enter the Madkat, where he is voiced by John Byner, and he is also mentioned in A Bright and Shiny Future although he does not appear in that episode.
