Open-E DSS (Data Storage Server) is an all-in-one IP-Storage solution offering NAS and iSCSI in one single application. DSS is Open-E´s 4th generation of field-proven storage software combining all expertise of the Open-E NAS-XSR Enterprise and Open-E iSCSI Enterprise in one internal USB-DOM (Disk-On-Module).
