DCI Frank Burnside
Detective Chief Inspector Frank Burnside was a police officer in the long running ITV drama The Bill. DCI Burnside joined Sun Hill in August 1988 and finally left Sun Hill in September 1993 to become one of the heads of the National Crime Squad.
