Debug Symbols
Debug symbols are additional information compiled into a binary by a compiler. They enable a developer using a debugger to gain additional information about the binary, such as the names of variables and routines from the original source code.
Information are taken from Wikipedia, the open encyclopedia, to which contribute many volunteers from around the whole world. Texts are available under the following conditions GNU Free Documentation License.
