David Southall
Professor David Patrick Southall OBE is a British paediatrician, who in 2004 was found guilty of misconduct by the General Medical Council after falsely accusing a man of murder. After watching a television program about Sally Clark he contacted police to say that Clark's husband had probably killed her 2 children.
