David Della is a member of the Seattle City Council, Washington, USA, first elected in 2003 at the age of 47. As of September 2004 he is chair of the Parks, Neighborhoods & Education Committee, vice chair of the Public Safety, Arts & Civil Rights Committee, and a member of the Energy & Environmental Policy Committee.
