Dean Karnazes
Dean Karnazes (given name is Constantine Karnazes) (pronounced car-NAH-sis), born August 23, 1962, is a Greek-American ultramarathon runner, and author of Ultramarathon Man: Confessions of an All Night Runner which sheds light on ultra endurance running for the general public.
