David Samuel, 3rd Viscount Samuel
David Samuel, 3rd Viscount Samuel OBE (born 8 July 1922) is the grandson of Herbert Samuel and thus also a second cousin of Rosalind Franklin. He was one of the founding fathers of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
