Dave Cash (disc jockey)
Dave Cash grew up in London but started broadcasting in Canada, where he had gone with the Merchant Navy, and acquired a decidedly North American-sounding accent. He returned to the UK in the 1960s and joined Radio London, where he had his own show and also co-presented with Kenny Everett, known as "The Kenny and Cash show".
