Dan Morelle acted for ElectricBirdLand Limited as Managing Director and in court against the Giant Sony Corporation in the summer of 2005. The tiny company was the target of the execessive clampdown on imported PSP consoles in Summer 2005 and showed bravery in the light of insurmountable economic muscle the multi-national trillion dollar corporation.
