Danapur
Danapur is a satellite town of Patna in Bihar province of India on the right bank of the Ganges. In 1857 the sepoy garrison of the place initiated the rebellion of that year in Patna district, but after a conflict with the European troops were forced to retire from the town, and subsequently laid siege to Arrah.
