David Baratier



David Baratier (born in 1970) is primarily known as a working class poet and editor who is often experimental and has written many chapbooks including Compartments (a short run) Booglit, 1996; A Run of Letters, Poetry New York, 1998; The Fall of Because, Pudding House, 1999; Estrella's Prophecies I The Fortune Begins, Runaway Spoon Press, 2002; Estrella's Prophecies II Dawn of the Living Fortune, Anabasis / Extant, 2003; Estrella's Prophecies III Return of the Magi, Luna Bisonte Prods, 2004; and After Celan. He also has also written a full length non-fiction epistolary novel In It What's in It, Spuyten Duyvil, 2002.
