David Shaffer is chairman of the department of Child Psychiatry at the Columbia-Presbyterian College of Physicians and Surgeons and a child psychiatrist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute of the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Married to, but now estranged from, Vogue Editor Anna Wintour.
