David Constant
David John Constant (born November 9, 1941, at Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom) played 61 first-class cricket matches from 1961 to 1968 for Kent and Leicestershire. He later became an international cricket umpire, officiating in 36 Tests from 1971 to 1988 and 33 one-day internationals from 1972 to 2001.
