El Bracero
El Bracero ("The Worker", roughly, in Spanish) is a chain of locally owned authentic Mexican restaurants in the midwestern United States, predominantly in the states of Kentucky and Missouri. The restaurants offer a full selection of Mexican cuisine, but they are especially known by their patrons for their free tortilla chips and salsa appetizer items and signature cheese sauce dip, the recipe for which is presumably kept secret.
