Egg albumin



Egg albumin is a protein made from egg whites - the nutritive and protective gelatinous substance surrounding the yolk - taken by bodybuilders and other athletes to aid in the building of muscle. Egg albumin protein has an outstanding amino acid profile, and is still one of the best whole food protein sources available.
