ECCW Hardcore Title Tournament (Nov. 1999)
In November 1999, ECCW announced it would be crowning the first ECCW Hardcore Champion. Two separate tournaments would be held, with the winner of each tournament advancing to the finals on November 26, 1999 in New Westminster, BC.
