Electronic Information for Libraries, known as eIFL.net, is an independent foundation that negotiates and advocates for the wide availability of electronic resources by library users in transition and developing countries.
Information are taken from Wikipedia, the open encyclopedia, to which contribute many volunteers from around the whole world. Texts are available under the following conditions GNU Free Documentation License.
