Elena Cuza
Elena Cuza (also known under her semi-official title Elena Doamna; June 17, 1825—April 2, 1909) was a Moldavian-born Romanian noblewoman and philanthropist, the wife of Alexander John Cuza, a Moldavian Army officer who was elected domnitor of the United Principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia in 1859.
