Ed Hamm
Edward ("Ed" or "Eddie") Barton Hamm (born 13 April, 1906 in Lonoke, Arkansas – died June 25, 1982) was an American athlete, who won the gold medal in the long jump at the 1928 Summer Olympics held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. There he set a world record in the long jump, becoming the first Arkansan to win a gold medal.
