Eduardo Lucero is a Los Angeles based fashion designer known for his vivid colors, feminine detailing, romantic and curvaceous shapes in his designs that are consistently red carpet favorites. Soft and flowy silk gowns, deep plunge fronts and backs with hits of vibrant color, is what he is known for in his designs.
