Electroshock weapon
An electroshock weapon, also referred to as an electroshock gun or stun gun (sometimes even if it does not fire anything and thus is not a gun), is an incapacitant weapon used for subduing a person by firing something which administers electric shock, disrupting superficial muscle functions. A taser is a well-known device of this type.
