E-Blocks



E-blocks is an innovated technology first used in the 2004 New Hampshire Presidential primaries by the campaign of candidate Wesley Clark, allowing registered users to receive a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of registered voters. It allows campaign volunteers to phone bank, or write letters from the privacy of their own home.
