Eid ul-Fitr
Eid ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الŮطر â€ÄŞd al-Fiáąr), often abbreviated as simply Eid, is an Islamic holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting. Fiáąr means "to break the fast" and therefore symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period.
