Elias Blix
Elias Blix (1836-1902) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party. He was Minister of Education and Church Affairs 1884-1885, member of the Council of State Division in Stockholm 1885-1886, and Minister of Education and Church Affairs again 1886-1888.
