FDNY Commissioner
The FDNY Commissioner is the head administrator for the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY). Appointed by the Mayor of New York City, there have been 31 FDNY Commissioners, with Nicholas Scoppetta being the current Fire Commissioner.
