FideuĂ

Fideuá (pronounced "fee-theh-WAH", IPA /fiðe'wa/; from "fideu", Catalan/Valencian for noodle) is a typical dish of Valencia, Spain. It is a variation of the popular paella dish, originated in the 1960s in the city of Gandía when noodles were put instead of rice, because someone forgot to bring the rice.
